We introduce ourselves as a closely held public limited company manufacturing and marketing mustard oil since 1987 in India. Our brand  is well established all over India. Our oil is regarded as one of finest brand with very high pungency and high levels of quality achieved through stringent quality control and high level of automation.

We established out plant in 1987 and expanded in 1992 to 100 ton per day crushing capacity. The plant is located in North India where mustard seeds are grown abundantly. The pungent mustard oil is widely used as cooking medium in India especially in Eastern India. Our brand conforms to stringent Indian quality standards like Agmark Grade-1.

 We have a fully automatic plant spread over 8000 sq meter area with crushing capacity of 100 tons per day with standby power generation capabilities. The plant building and structures conforms to Super  “A” class category with 42000 sq feet covered area with adequate living quarters for workers.

We have below mentioned facilities in our unit:

 Unit is fully integrated with 192 kolhu –(Bengal type) Make Agra.

• Unit has four filtration units with double filter system.

• Unit has best cleaning equipment with facility of separation of element like dust, other seeds, stone and other foreign particles. Seed Cleaner capacity is of 150 MT Per Day. make (Hallmark) Agra.
• Mustard cake is directly filled in gunny bags.
• Approved laboratory of Agmark by government of India, which is developed with latest technology equipments.
• All the electric copper cables  and bus bar are Japanese
• Standby power Generator capacity is of 720 KVA  make DUTEZ Germany
• We have adequate storage capacity to store mustard oil with 800 tons of steel tank capacity
• We have facility for consumer packaging as follows:
  • Unit has 3 pouch filling machines  for double head as well as single head with range of 200 milli liter to 1 liter
  • Unit has machines for packing of ½ liter bottle, 1 liter bottle, 2 liter jar, 5 liter jar, 15 liter jar & 15 kg tin, machine can fill  2500 to 3000 tin per day.
