Paper Machine No.4

The three numbers of paper machine details are as follows. All the three machines are waste paper based.

The machine no.1 is an Indian made (Panchal Engg.) Yankee machine with a capacity of 40 TPD. The wire length of the machine is 23m. It is having two numbers of jumbo presses and one M. S. M. G. Cylinder of 16 feet dia with Sonar high velocity hood. The machine is having a finished deckle of 240cm. The main drive is a line shaft with AC motor with VFD. The re-winder is also Indian made. It is having a boiler of 4TPH from Cethar Vessels, in which the fuel used is firewood.

Paper Machine No. 5

The second machine is an Indian made multi layer combined machine having a capacity of 80 TPD. It is having 5 formers from Bagpet Industries of which three are short formers and two are restricted flow. Out of the three presses two are jumbo presses. The machine includes 17 M. S. dryers of 1.5m dia and a M. S. M. G. Cylinder of 14 feet dia. It has a tri nip calendar and the re-winder used is Jagenberg. The line shaft is driven by a DC motor and the after dryer part is connected with AC motor with VFD. The machine is having a finished deckle of 240cm. The 10 TPH Cethar Vessels boiler is a multi fuel boiler together with a 210 KW Co-Generation.

Paper Machine No. 6

The third machine is a M. F. machine of 80 TPD of KMW Finland with suction couch and sectional drives. It has 25 CI dryers of 1.25m dia and 10 CI after dryers of dia upto 1.6m. It is having one bi-nip press with suction press and a plain press. The length of the fourdinier wire is 27m and it is provided with a shaking arrangement. A new head box which is capable of producing 40 GSM to 180 GSM writing printing as well as kraft paper is ready to install. The machine includes one size press arrangement. The calendar has two nips. The re-winder used is Jagenberg. It also includes a duplex cutter of KMW. The machine is having a finished deckle of 340cm.

Apart from this, a new boiler of 16TPH (Industrial Boilers, Vapi) with 750KW Co-Generation is under process and will be commissioned shortly.

Again the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) has a capacity of 600 m³ per day.

We have a contract demand of 1200KVA for Unit no. I and 2000KVA for Unit no. II separately.
