Potato Chips Processing Plant
Our Infrastructure and Technology used is of very high standard meeting
all the requirements of International Food Industry. Covered area of
our Plant is approx 40,000 sq.ft. Out of which 3500 sq.ft covered area
for Production Line,2500 Sq.ft. for Raw Material ,3000Sq.ft. for Storing
finished product. Security, Reception, Admin Block, Lab, Procurement,
and separate storage is tastefully built.We have complete Potato Chips Plant with complete line, Grader, Conveyer belt, Washing, Peeling, Slicing, Frying, Sorting and Packaging. Packaging Machine is of latest Technology manufactured by Nicrome Metal Works, Pune. We use PLC (Programmable Logic Control). Slicer is made by URSHEL , U.S.A. Fryer (Deoband Engg. Corp) India, Boiler, Thermo pack is also branded.
We do have 125 KVA Generator (Kirloskar) and two bore wells with submersible pumps to meet our electricity and water supply requirements. There is a Cold Store adjacent to our Plant.The main crop in this region is Potatoes therefore various companies are running QL/QC Labs for testing and grading potatoes. Farmers are very cooperative.
