14. Plant details:

 

  • The mill is installed to produce 10,000 Metric Tons of Re-Bars per month.
  • The diameters which can be manufactured are 8/ 10 / 12 / 16 / 20 / 25 / 28 / 32 /36 / 40MM.
  • The per annum capacity is 120000 MTPA.
  • Electricity load is 2500 KVA/Connected load at 11000 Volts
  • Price of one unit of electricity is Rs.3.60 per Unit

  • Two rows of 6 -14 Inch intermediate stands in continuous manner

  • Coal Gasifier for producing Gas instead of using Furnace oil to reheat billet is also available.

16. Status of Company

 

Closely held Limited Company with 100% shareholding with the promoters. The Shares of the Company will be sold to the new promoters.

 

 

 

17. Litigation

 

Since the company will be taken over by way of transfer of shares it will be responsibility of the old management to clear all old liabilities on account of trading operations.

There are no statutory liabilities of any kind as yet pending on in litigation with any department.

 

18. Excise

 

On 3/12/09 the department carried out an illegal search and made a panchnama for alleged evasion of duty to the tune of Rs. 83.00 lacs. No show cause notice pursuant to the above panchnama has been served till date which renders the above allegation barred by time as per the Central Excise Act. At present no demand is exists. More over the above demand for Rs. 83.00 lacs has already been deposited under protest.

 

19.  Sales Tax

 

No demand pending assessment completed for A.Y. 07-08.

Assessment completed up to A.Y. 2008-2009.

Carry forward losses as per Income Tax for purpose of calculation to set off income tax liability is Rs. 800 lacs approx.

1.The mill is situated at Jamshedpur.

 

2.The factory is spread in 3 Acre land with 2 double storied pucca building.

 

3.Labour Quarters are available inside factory.

 

4.Since there are so many Ingot factory in and around our Factory,the

    raw material inventory required for maximum 2 days.

 

5.The present production capacity of Mill is 100 Ton per day and can be enhanced to 140 -150 Ton

   with small modification.

 

6.The factory is at very easy access from Jamshedpur Town and can be visited

   by owenr itself even at mid night.

 

7.We have very strong Brand image in market having ISO and ISI and our TMT is sold at premium

   against advance paymnet or delivery against payment only.

 

8.The market of our TMT is spread in Jharkhand,Bihar,Andhra Pradesh and upto Bangalore.
